TCC Legacy Club

  The Twentieth Century Club (TCC) Board of Directors considers grant applications from nonprofit organizations providing programs or services that are scientific, literary or educational purposes or for the prevention of cruelty to children or animals.

Organizations must be recognized by the IRS as 501c3 and have two years of demonstrated constituency/program service for consideration. The TCC annual award funding varies depending upon the endowment's performance. In making allocation decisions, the TCC places a priority on funding projects that demonstrate successful and efficient uses of resources and collaborations.  See past awards.

The TCC does not fund:

· Direct donations or grants to individuals

· Religious activities

· Political campaigns and activities

· Sororities or fraternities

· Fundraising events

· Operating deficit reduction

· Government agencies

· Organizations outside Northern Nevada

Grant Award Administration

The TCC requires an annual program evaluation to be submitted for each funded grant that presents the following: 

• Strategies,  activities, and accountability for program implementation;
• Impact on community and constituents;
• Opportunities and challenges associated with efforts toward collaboration with other community organizations;
• The TCC requires that appropriate recognition of the awards be made—for example: This program is funded in part by a grant from the Twentieth Century Club;
• Awardees are expected to attend the TCC’s annual Day of Giving luncheon in March to receive or update the membership on the award.
